NYE, Chief Justice.

This is an action for breach of contract. Appellee, John Garrison, sued appellant, Edgar Bernal, individually and d/b/a APOA, and Antimony Products of America d/b/a APOA, alleging breach of a written employment contract. The jury found that APOA breached the contract and awarded Garrison damages, attorney's fees for preparation and trial, and appeal. The trial court entered judgment against Antimony Products of America (APOA)...
