Following a jury trial, appellant, Farron D. Lake, was convicted on two counts of criminal confinement, I.C. 35-42-3-3, a Class B felony. Appellant received the presumptive ten-year sentence for his conviction on Count One, and that sentence was enhanced an additional ten years for aggravating circumstances.
