ELDER, Judge.

Daniel Edward Cullen, the appellant, was convicted of grand larceny in the Circuit Court for the County of Spotsylvania on January 12, 1990. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to set aside the verdict on the ground that the evidence of the barred murder prosecution was highly prejudicial to the defense. We affirm.
