The subject of this appeal is an order entered by the circuit court of Cook County denying plaintiff's motion pursuant to section 2-1401 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 110, par. 2-1401) which sought vacation of a final agreed order of dismissal which had been previously entered in favor of defendants-appellees.
