Dennis R. Lowe appeals from a judgment on his counter motion to modify child custody and support provisions of a decree of dissolution of marriage entered July 5, 1988. His former wife, Karen M. Lowe Brotherton,1 filed a motion to modify on September 7, 1990, which prompted the counter motion of Dennis. The brief filed by Dennis presentstwo assignments of error with the first assignment containing four subparts.
