BILLINGS, Associate Presiding Judge:

Appellant Dell D. Archuleta was convicted of one count of theft and one count of theft by deception. The trial judge sentenced appellant to a prison term of one to fifteen years at the Utah State Prison and imposed a fine of $10,000 and restitution of $77.
