This is an appeal of a judgment which terminated the parental rights of J.C., the putative father. The Association for Guidance, Aid, Placement and Empathy (AGAPE) for Central Alabama, with the minor mother's consent and concurrence, filed a petition for termination of the mother's and J.C.'s parental rights in order that the child could be placed for adoption.
