The plaintiff, Tess M. Lee, brought this action in the circuit court against defendants Bethphage Community Services, Inc. (Bethphage), Deann Canuteson, Kris Hennig, and Robert Rose. This action arises out of the termination of the plaintiff's employment with Bethphage.
