The defendant in this proceeding, Ricky Lee Townsend, was sentenced to from one to five years in the state penitentiary for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. On appeal, he claims that a large cardboard box of marijuana which was admitted into evidence was the product of an illegal search and seizure.
