WHITMAN KNAPP, District Judge.

This case arises out of a claim of age discrimination in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (hereinafter the "ADEA"). On October 5, 1990 the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff, finding that the defendants violated the ADEA and that their actions were willful.
