Jesus Hernandez appeals the trial court's suspension of his practice of law, a penalty assessed against him pursuant to a disciplinary action brought by the State Bar of Texas. By one point of error, appellant asserts that the trial court erred by ordering that his suspension begin on June 20, 1990, and then by failing to modify, correct or reform the judgment setting the suspension date because, as a matter of law, he was automatically...
