This appeal is from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee in a contract action. Appellants raise the following evidentiary claims on appeal:

[I] DID THE TRIAL COURT ERR IN ADMITTING EVIDENCE REGARDING INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS? [II] WAS THE ADMISSION INTO EVIDENCE OF AN UNDATED COPY OF A DOCUMENT CONTRARY TO THE BEST EVIDENCE RULE AND DID THE TRIAL COURT ERR IN ALLOWING EVIDENCE SURROUNDING THE DOCUMENT?
