HINOJOSA, Justice.

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals from a jury verdict rendered in favor of Esther Medina. Medina filed suit against Wal-Mart and Kent Sweet1 seeking recovery for damages resulting from an investigation of Medina conducted by Sweet on allegations of theft. The jury found for Wal-Mart on the malicious prosecution claim and against it on negligence claims. By eleven points of error Wal-Mart appeals. We reverse...
