Before me is a post-verdict motion challenging convictions for violations of the Travel Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1952. Based on a detailed stipulation of facts,1 I found H. William Johns guilty of thirty-eight counts of mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and nine counts of violating the Travel Act.
