Appellants Writers, Inc. (Writers) and Utica Mutual Insurance Company (Utica) brought this action against West Bend Mutual Insurance Company (West Bend) and the Cleary Agency, Inc. (Cleary). Appellants assert coverage was bound by Cleary on a West Bend policy providing fire insurance to Marion Housing, the insured. Alternatively, appellants allege that if coverage was not bound, they are then entitled to damages sustained by Cleary...
