This case is before the court on the pleadings. Plaintiffs C. Richard Dahl and Kathlene Dahl commenced their cause of action September 28, 1988. Following removal of the cause of action to the federal court and remand back to the circuit court, the defendants moved to dismiss plaintiffs' first amended complaint pursuant to sections 2-615 and 2-619 of the Code of Civil Procedure...
