Weiner ("Weiner") have moved to dismiss the amended complaint ("the Complaint") of plaintiff Soviet Pan Am Travel Effort ("SPATE") for lack of personal jurisdiction, failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, failure to plead fraud with particularity and for vagueness...
