Defendant appeals his conviction, after court trial, for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He moved to suppress evidence obtained when he was stopped for running a police roadblock, claiming that the roadblock was illegal under State v. Martin, 145 Vt. 562, 496 A.2d 442 (1985).
