Appellant, Lewis Mark Walters (Mark Walters), appeals from an amended decree of divorce awarding appellee, Helen Jane Walters (Helen Walters) a share of the parties' realty, a proportionate share of Mark Walters's retirement benefits, and attorney fees. Mark Walters challenges the decree on two grounds: (1) the trial court erred by establishing a marital relationship between the parties from January 1, 1980 until October 5, 1984,...
