KALITOWSKI, Judge.

Relator obtained a writ of certiorari seeking review of a decision by the Department of Jobs and Training (Department). Relator argues he did not commit misconduct for unemployment compensation purposes when he lost his driver's license and could no longer effectively perform his job duties. We disagree and affirm.
