A vehicle owned by defendant Ryder Truck Rental, leased to defendant Liberty Distributors, Inc., and operated by defendant Cornell, struck a vehicle owned and operated by defendant Svedics, which was caused to collide with a vehicle owned and operated by defendant Costa.
