Defendant, Anthony Pennacchio, appeals from the imposition of six months' periodic imprisonment after admitting to a violation of his court supervision. The defendant argues that he was not properly admonished pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 402(a) before admitting to the violation (134 Ill.2d R. 402(a)). He claims that, because he was not properly admonished, the waiver of his right to a hearing on the State's petition...
