SWEET, District Judge.

Defendant Eric Giles ("Giles") was convicted following a jury trial on June 13, 1991 on one count of laundering of a monetary instrument in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(3). For the reasons set forth below, Giles will be sentenced to a term of 18 months of imprisonment followed by a two year term of supervised release, subject to the sentencing hearing now set...
