On January 14, 1988, a jury found Jerry Hubbard guilty of murder and armed robbery. Judge Robert Boharic, on February 18, 1988, sentenced Hubbard to concurrent terms of 50 years for murder and 30 years for armed robbery. Defendant appeals from both the jury verdict and the sentence of the court. Defendant argues that the State failed to prove him guilty beyond all reasonable doubt.
