Intervenor, American Casualty Company of Reading, Pa. (hereinafter American), appeals a judgment dismissing its intervention in a Jones Act1 and general maritime action for personal injuries filed by Jose Cortez and his wife, Martha. The Cortez's suit was brought against Jose Cortez's employer, Total Transportation, Inc. (T.T.I.), also American's insured. We reverse and remand.
