DEL SOLE, Judge:

This is a direct appeal from the Judgment of Sentence which directed that Appellant serve the mandatory term of three to six years imprisonment following a jury conviction of Homicide by Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Although we dismiss many of the claims made by Appellant on appeal, we find merit to Appellant's claim that the trial court erred when it excluded relevant evidence of other accidents which occurred at this accident site...
