On May 8, 1990, appellant's pick-up truck collided with a vehicle operated by Billy Ray Johnson at the intersection of Eastman Road and Young Street in Longview. Johnson was killed in the collision. The evidence shows that both drivers were alcohol-intoxicated at the time of the collision. Blood alcohol tests showed that appellant's blood contained 0.33 grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters, and that Johnson's blood contained 0.20 grams of alcohol...
