This is an appeal by Julie H. Adkins from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County transferring custody of her seven-year-old daughter, Jacqueline Nicole Burdette, to Jeffrey J. Burdette, the child's father. That order modified a previous divorce decree awarding the appellant legal custody of the child.
