This appeal ensues from the trial court's granting a new trial, finding that the damages awarded appellees by the jury were inadequate. The jury damages awarded resulted from a vehicular collision between an automobile driven by appellee Saul Peters and a tractor-trailer parked partially on Highway 63 by appellant George Hamilton.
