This is an action for breach of an insurance contract (the contract). Defendant, Coronet Insurance Company, appeals from an order awarding plaintiff, Kenneth A. Myrda, attorney fees pursuant to section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code (Code) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 73, par. 767). Plaintiff cross-appeals from the same fee award.
