This is an appeal by the plaintiff Pamela McQueen Baird from a judgment entered in favor of defendant Mehdi Adeli following a jury trial in the circuit court of Vermilion County. Plaintiff sought to recover damages for the alleged negligence of the defendant in providing medical treatment to plaintiff for injuries to her right hand after she cut herself with a knife.
