Sandy Frier, Cheri Mettler, Anita Frier, Michelle Moss, and Vicki Swaf ford appeal from the judgment of the District Court for Burleigh County, granting Continental Western Insurance Company's motion for summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action. We affirm.
