Defendant appeals from an order that denied resentencing. Defendant was convicted in 1987 of one count of safe breaking, MCL 750.531; MSA 28.799, and two counts of breaking and entering, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of ten to twenty years for his safe breaking conviction and five to ten years for each of his breaking and entering convictions.
