PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with first-degree murder for the killing of David Reese. David and Joann Reese had been married for 6 1/2 years. At the time of the incident, they were separated and Joann was dating defendant. Defendant's first trial in June 1988 ended in a mistrial when the jury could not agree on a verdict. Following a second jury trial, defendant was convicted of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317...
