(DADS), moves to be restored to possession on the grounds the eviction was illegal because Bankruptcy Act § 362 (11 USC) automatically stayed enforcement of the warrant. Petitioner insists the eviction was proper but that in any event the Bankruptcy Court has exclusive jurisdiction over this action...
