This action originated from a "Bond for Deed" agreement entered into by the parties in July 1988. On October 23, 1989, plaintiff filed a "Complaint Forcible Detainer" claiming possession of said property under "Bond for Deed Agreement, Declaration of Forfeiture and Extinguishment of Rights."
