DAY, Justice.

The State appeals from the trial court's order suppressing evidence obtained by means of a DWI roadblock. Van Natta moved to suppress the evidence of his intoxication on the grounds that the roadblock stop which resulted in his arrest for DWI violated his rights under both the federal and state constitutions.
