Pursuant to findings of the county court jury, defendant-appellant, Wayne E. Zima, was adjudged guilty of failing to signal a turn, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-652 (Reissue 1988), and of first-offense driving while intoxicated, in violation of Neb.Rev.
