In May 1986, plaintiff instituted a sexual discrimination action against her former employer and two of her managers. During discovery, plaintiff failed to attend her deposition on three occasions. In June 1987, the trial court granted defendants' motion to compel her attendance and ordered plaintiff to pay defendants $300 in attorney fees and costs within fourteen days. Plaintiff did attend her deposition, but failed to pay the costs within fourteen days...
