The sole issue raised by appellant in this appeal is whether the ten-day notice requirement of Ark.Code Ann. § 18-50-104(b) (Supp.1989) is to be computed as ten consecutive calendar days or as ten days excluding intermediate Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays, in accordance with the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure.
