TAMILIA, Judge:

Appellant, Scott McConnell, takes this appeal from judgment of sentence entered February 7, 1990. Following a nonjury trial, appellant was convicted of driving under the influence1 and related summary offenses and sentenced to a term of forty-eight hours to six months imprisonment and fined $370.
