This appeal arises from an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court denying the appellant, Agape Church, Inc., an exemption from real estate taxes. The property involved is twenty-six acres of land, which is located some distance from the church buildings. A 700-foot transmission tower and a tower house for broadcasting Christian programming are the only structures that have been erected on the acreage.
