This is an appeal by Joan M. Gates from an order of the Circuit Court of Hampshire County entered on February 23, 1989. That order reversed a decision of the West Virginia Human Rights Commission finding that the appellant had been the victim of sex discrimination and awarding her back pay and incidental damages. On appeal, the appellant claims that the record establishes that she was the victim of discrimination and that the circuit court erred in reversing...
