WARNER, C.J.
Evidence seized during a search pursuant to a warrant led to the defendant's indictment for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (G.L.c. 94C, § 32A) and false impersonation to obtain a driver's license (G.L.c. 90, § 24B). The defendant moved to suppress the evidence. His motion was denied, and, after a jury trial in the Superior Court, he was convicted on both charges.
