Defendant, Nailer Jeffrey, appeals from the denial of his post-conviction petition after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, defendant contends that he is entitled to a new trial because an actual conflict of interest existed due to the representation of defendant and a co-defendant by their trial attorney, or in the alternative, that he is entitled to a new hearing because the judge who heard the petition was predisposed...
