The issue presented in this appeal is whether the Commonwealth's prosecution of the Appellants for violations of the Pennsylvania Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 911, was barred by a prior federal prosecution for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968.
