The appellant, Nell Marie Woods, was convicted in municipal court of driving under the influence of alcohol (D.U.I.) and driving while her license was revoked (D.W.L.R.). She appealed these convictions to the Circuit Court for Houston County, where she was again found guilty on both charges.
