This is an appeal from a final judgment in a wrongful death case. The issue presented deals with the proper interpretation and application of the comparative fault statute, section 768.81, Florida Statutes (1987), the imputation to a nonnegligent parent of the comparative negligence of the other parent in the death of a child, and the contribution among joint tort-feasor statute, section 768.31, Florida Statutes.
