Terry Tyler appeals from a judgment of sentence of one to two years incarceration entered after his having been found guilty, by a jury, of possession of a controlled substance1 and delivery of a controlled substance.2 Appellant argues, essentially two issues: 1) his preliminary hearing was constitutionally inadequate and 2) the court erred in limiting the scope of cross-examination of the Commonwealth...
