FUSTE, District Judge.

Plaintiffs are the widow and three children of Angel Negrón. Negrón received a blood transfusion at a Veterans Administration hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in April of 1981. He tested positive for AIDS in June of 1988, and died on August 8, 1988. In the vague complaint filed in this action, plaintiffs allege that 1) the defendant was negligent in giving Negrón a transfusion tainted with AIDS, and...
